Asian cosmetics odering in Europe

Hi everyone! I’m an Asian girl who’s about to move to Boosnia and Herzegovina. I’ve been researching beauty stores like dm, CM, and other cosmetics shops in the area, but I still have a few questions and would love some advice from people living in Europe/BiH.

For products that aren’t always available in physical stores, how do you usually get them? Are there stores that offer ordering for pickup, or are there reliable online shops for Asian beauty products in this region?

I'm learning the language but not skillful enough to do deeper research, any tips would be super helpful.
