Best overnight curls/waves for somebody who straightens their hair?

I have naturally 2C curly hair that I blowout once a week to be straight.

I struggle to sleep with my hair to maintain the blowout. It’s really impossible to keep my hair pin straight overnight, so I’m trying to figure out heatless curl/waves methods instead.

I’ve tried the sleepy tie and it worked pretty well, but it gave me a big headache and felt like too much stress on my hairline. I’ve also tried heatless curling rods, and it just made my hair form one big curl that wouldn’t separate despite how much I brushed it

The best method that worked was the sleepy tie or just my hair in a high bun, but they both gave me a headache and I don’t know if it’d be healthy to sleep with your hair high up like that every night

I’m wondering if anyone knows any ways of maintaining a blowout without causing too much stress on the hair?
