Has anyone here been to both the Azores and the Faroe Islands?

I’m trying to choose one for June and keep going back and forth. We’d be flying from Ireland and probably going for about a week, maybe a little longer.

What we’re after is basically: nature, cooler weather, green landscapes, cliffs, waterfalls, scenic walks/drives, wildlife, and places that feel a bit remote. Not really interested in resorts, nightlife, or lying on a beach.

I loved places like Iceland, Madeira, the Scottish Highlands, and coastal Portugal, which is why both of these are tempting.

For people who’ve done both, which did you actually enjoy more?
