Can someone please help me. Im trying to do winged eyeliner but im having trouble.

I have hooded eyes and wanted to do something sultry but my problem is I don't know where to start the wing, especially since my eyes kind of go downwards and I have a tear burn. I put little arrows where I was starting. I just want to do a thin winged line.
