What is a beauty step that everyone else seems to master easily but you constantly struggle with?

For me, it is definitely trying to get a smooth, non-cakey finish under my eyes, or trying to do a symmetrical winged eyeliner. I watch endless tutorials and it looks so simple, but the second I try it, it’s a complete mess. What’s that one step for you?
