Lotte Duty Free and Intl —> Domestic Recheck

Hi! I read the pinned guidelines but was hoping for further confirmation. On my next trip to Korea, my flight itinerary will be ICN>SFO>SEA. I want to pick up some stuff through Lotte Duty Free as I’m departing from Incheon.

Am I correct in thinking that because I will be clearing customs and immigration on arrival at SFO, that I will claim my checked bag and thus be able to pack any oversized liquids and creams in my checked bag before rechecking and heading through US TSA? Just want to make sure that I’m not in a position where all of these >3 oz beauty products are not going through TSA upon arrival for my domestic transfer.
