Lisbon - advice on focal length/lens for shots from miradouros (viewpoints)

Going to Lisbon soon and need some help packing gear.

Which lens would you bring if you could only bring one of the two specifically for shots from the hills down on the city:

I will bring an a7v and a6400 and other lenses for street and wider shots. The Sony is the much better lens overall, but I wonder if 85mm are enough.

Any recommendations?
