Where do i look to find brands that are not very known but have cool designs?

DISCLAIMER: IM NOT LOOKING TO "OUTNICHE" ANYONE JUST WANT TO BUILD MY OWN TASTE AND FIND COOL ITEMS BEFORE THEY GET POPULAR AND PRICES RISE.

For example: The old curiosity, Koji Kuga, Number Nine.
I know that these are still relatively niche except for number nine but these brands all gained popularity in the last 3 years and the prices skyrocketed. Do you look through old fashion magazines or you just doomscroll fashion forums?
