DIY brow lamination?

I am wanting to improve my eyebrow look and thinking about trying a DIY brow lamination, I know it would be much better to get it done by a professional but that isn't really in the budget right now... Does anyone have any recommendations of kits to use? Do they carry stuff like this at Ulta or similar? Should I shape my eyebrows before laminating or after? I know on either end I would want to have a day or two space between the two things so my skin/brows don't get overworked.
