We are born as limitless beings, naturally free in our essence. Yet the physical world teaches us to build identities, masks and versions of ourselves that slowly become cages for the soul. The ego is a collection of conditioning, fears, labels, and survival patterns we have learned along the way. We often mistake our ego for who we truly are.
