Strange Behaviors

My partner says our chicken has been behaving strangely. Lots of unusual neck movements, almost like she’s trying to itch her neck. The neck contortions happen at the end of this video. But towards the beginning she sees to be uncomfortable and itching elsewhere. Would appreciate any thoughts! We did not visually see any mites, other bugs, or injuries. Although it did appear she’s missing some feathers around the front of her neck just not a lot. She is eating, drinking normally. Rest of the flock behaving normally. They do generally get plenty of free range, though have been “grounded” and restricted to the run for about a week due to an incident with neighbors
