Momma stepping on her chicks

| Aunt gave her to us after she hatched chicks (they have a outdoor cats predator issue in their area) and she keeps stepping on her chicks - they're less than a week old though I am not sure how many days. Is that okay or am I supposed to separate them from the mother or am I supposed to keep all of them isolated and separated and it's too early to be outside and forage? [link] [comments] |
