I want to extract the following from the text: 1. Name (3894) 1–24 to Excel

There is a list of names and the last 4 phone numbers

1 to 24

I want to format the Excel file so that it looks like this:

No. | Name | Number

Then sort it alphabetically, and the numbers should be followed too

Excel 2024
