Concealer for blue around eyes, super pale skin

I'm not a big make up wearer. I'm 43 and gone without it most of my life.

I'm going to a wedding this summer and would like to conceal the blue around the inside corners of my eyes. I would appreciate suggestions of which concealers may work best for covering blue and not be too dark on pale skin. Good for mature skin as well if possible. Thank you.
