On the hunt for a good island pizza dough recipe, preferably for a countertop electric oven.
Our local pizza joint just raise the price to $30 for a 16 inch cheese pizza. I just can’t do it.
Part of my life story, a very early part was making pizzas in a restaurant (most fun I’ve ever had making seven dollars an hour), where the recipes were very environmentally dependent. Being that I’ve never cooked a pizza in this environment, I thought I’d reach out and ask.
Really looking for a good one that can make a nice thin crispy pizza.
