What's the difference between Clinique's Moisture surge glow serum vs. Hydrator?

I've been using a facial moisturizer (with 50 SPF) by clinique for the past little while and it meshes so well with my skin that it's inspired me to continue using Clinique products on the regular. I'm very much into that dewy look so naturally, Clinique's Moisture surge glow serum seemed like a given.

The consistency seems nice as I wouldn't want to be wearing anything too heavy or oily on my face. I'm curious how the glow serum compares to the hydrator, though?
