My winter trip to Brașov, Romania this year in January!

Went on an 8 day trip with my friends to Brașov this year in late January. The first 3 pictures are from the "BRAȘOV" sign on Tâmpa mountain, while the rest are taken around places near Brașov city. The snow was very thick and I met a lot of foreigners on their trips (for skiing mostly). What amazed me about Brașov are the tight streets around the old centre.

Here are some of my destinations in Brașov:

-Strada Sforii (one of the narrowest streets in europe)

-Tâmpa mountain: once you get to the top, you get an amazing view of the city.

Poiana Brașov: amazing town near the main city. I enjoyed the best food there.

Biserica Neagră: I LOVED the gothic architecture and design of it.

While it is very nice to go in winter, Brașov looks better during the summer. However going in the summer is going to be parking spot hell. You barely got any parking spots around during the winter, in the summer it's super crowded and empty parking spots around the town are almost impossible to find (especially near tourist attractions).

As I would like to say, Brașov is probably one of my favourite travel destinations in Romania.
