How do I get Excel to automatically populate ranges using vstack?
Hi all,
I'm trying to make a to-do list in Google Sheets that automatically makes a combined array using vstack based on a range composed of tasks sorted into categories (see pic above).
Currently I have to manually drag select each range (currently English and Maths) into the vstack formula. I want to automate the range inputting part so the formula will just automatically detect the subject if there's anything in the space where the table would be, offset by that two cell gap you can see in between each subject.
If done right, I could add more subjects on the right, and the combined table on the left should automatically update as I add them.
I'd be grateful if anyone could think of a way to deal with this! I'm planning on using this for work so it would make life a lot easier.
