US Travel suggestions - June 14-16

I have a rare chance to travel in June and I am looking for suggestions on where to go in the continental US. I'm based in Texas. Priorities for my trip are:

• Good view
• Relaxing
• Walkable space
• Quality food (This could just be a hotel that has good dining options)
• Great museums if I'm in a city

My preferred budget for a hotel is $300 a night but if something really stands out then I'd be willing to go higher.
