For a garden party cocktail wedding?? And what color shoes to wear with it?

Would this dress be okay to wear for a garden party cocktail wedding (It will be outside in a garden in June) Or should i keep looking and find something else? I like that its not overly formal so I can rewear it on holidays. Any advice or critiques would be appreciated!!
