My face become mushy and black after applying makeup

No matter how much makeup I put , my face turns grey and dark circles become visible and white patches around my chin . They become so visible too . Makeup don't suit or it does idk ... I picture I never see any lipstick even I am wearing one . I think it's quality of makeup but I can't afford huda beauty of expensive makeup . But these ones are doing me bad so much

Especially I turn dull and black after applying makeup for some hours and my neck stays as my own clr ..it's weird idk what's happening
