Update on injured hen: she's gotten a lot better!

| A few weeks ago I posted about a chicken that had gotten injured in a mink attack and had a severe case of wry neck caused by her injuries, and I just wanted to post an update in case anyone else has the same problem so they can see, it's not all futile! The hen (Sunny) has gotten much much better, and while she still has a bit of a twinge in her neck that gets worse when she tenses up, she's able to eat on her own and explore our chicken run by herself again, and her quality of life has improved significantly with anti-inflammatories and proper nutrients. Just wanted to post something hopeful! [link] [comments] |
