What’s going on with this egg??

Both my hens are about 1.5 years old. I have NEVER gotten an egg like this. They are always a brown, tan, and sometimes a pinkish/tan color. Typically speckled as well. My chickens are free range if that makes a difference.

I went to check the coop today and saw this white egg that is almost clear. The shell is hard, the size is a little smaller than normal. Is there something wrong with my hen or just a “surprise” white egg?😂
