How to make silk suits look less pajama-ey?

Got this silk suit, afraid it’ll look like pajamas. Will post other options in a different thread. Thinking a chunky silver cuff? Low or high heel? Necklace? Clutch? Lace undershirt? Help!

The awards ceremony is cocktail but I couldn’t find a good long sleeve dress (I have tattoos) that would fit the vibe. Located at the Marquis in Times Square, so somewhat fancy.
