Suggestions for supportive backpacks that function like a purse?

Hi all! Unfortunately I am on mobile so I apologize if the formatting is wonky. I've been having shoulder/back problems so having a purse or cross body bag that only puts weight on one side of my body causes a lot of pain. I've been looking for a backpack that can basically replace my purse, but I've found that they are either super cute with the skinny/braided straps, neon outdoor packs, or they give off sterile tech bro or grade school vibes. Do you guys have any suggestions of cute but supportive bags? Here's a list of more specific things I've been trying to find:

-Spreads the weight across both shoulders and maybe also the back. Extra points for padded straps

-Big enough to hold a water bottle and some everyday carry items, but not too much larger

-Is mostly a neutral color

-Looks normal-ish for an adult to bring to a sit down restaurant

-Bonus if it doesn't cost more than $100 but at this point I will be taking any and all suggestions
