Why she do that

My chicken Benadryl (Bennie for short) has a routine in the morning of hopping up on my lap while I drink my morning coffee, but recently it has evolved to her shoving herself into the space between the chair and my back and just like digging around in there sometimes pecking at me and my clothing. Is there any reason on why 😂
