What breed of chicken?

We got her from the feed store, but we don't remember what the label said. My mother says that she's likely a mix, and I agree with that.

She's a beautiful chicken, non-aggressive, but VERY loud. Always yapping. She's also the chunkiest girl in our flock by far. Fat and muscles for days. She lays darker brown speckled eggs.

We've been needing a rooster. Because we don't have one, and haven't for a while, we now have a transgender hen dubbed "Rooster". But frankly, he's terrible at his job of watching out for and fighting danger, and he's terrified of me. So, I want a rooster like the hen above. I think he'd be big enough to ward off anything that's looking to eat the birds or their eggs.
