Can I put chicks directly outside in Texas?

The temp outside will be about what the brooder temp would be. Maybe at night it can get into the 80's or high 70's so I would bring them in at night if it was cold, but...Is there a reason to keep them in a brooder when outside temp is 90's-100's when they hatch?
