Real People divisions of small(ish) agencies

Hi, lurker here, posting for the first time so please be gentle.

I’m thinking of applying to a local agency’s Real People division. What kinds of jobs do signees in these divisions tend to get invited to castings for? Or does it just depend on the specific agency?
