What are my options?

My poor momma! I can’t afford an avian vet but happy to treat her at home. Do I need to worry about the whole flock or is it just her? This particular hen will not do well in isolation, so I’d rather keep her with them. Idk what it is tho so how do I treat it?? Agghh I’m so sad for her!! It is 115 where we live so it could just be heat but thiissss doesn’t sound like heat… any advice? 🐓🐓
