Don't Let Your Eyebrow Pencil Hear This, But These Brow Gels Are Way More Natural-Looking

Don't Let Your Eyebrow Pencil Hear This, But These Brow Gels Are Way More Natural-Looking

If there's one thing I prioritise over anything else when doing my makeup, it's quick and easy products that deliver a natural-looking result. However, one thing I've struggled with is eyebrow pencils. I'm a "no-makeup" makeup gal through and through, so I find myself reaching for tinted moisturisers, multi-use makeup sticks, glossy lip balms and more. I can do most of my routine in five minutes tops, but my eyebrows always take me the longest.

The thing is, I want them to look fluffy and full, but I also want them to look as if they've got no product in at all, you know? Therefore, I find myself sitting in front of my mirror, attempting to create the finest hair-like strokes, and before I know it, ten minutes have gone by. Well, that was the case until I discovered a small edit of natural-looking brow gels that have completely changed my life. Okay, maybe that's me being dramatic, but they have changed my entire makeup routine.

The thing about these gels is that they deliver the perfect amount of shape and fluffiness while remaining completely undetectable. They're the ultimate "your brows but better" product, and have tricked countless friends and family into thinking that I'm blessed with the best brows in the game. (Trust me, I'm really not). Below, I've rounded up my tried-and-tested edit of the best natural-looking brow gels on the market, so keep on scrolling to shop.

The Best Natural-Looking Brow Gels, Tried & Tested

1. Glossier Boy Brow

First up, an absolute classic. Glossier Boy Brow is definitely one of the most popular brow gels out there, and for good reason. The tiny brush makes it easy to catch every single hair, and the formula provides a natural, fluffy, flexible finish, meaning your brows look subtly defined, rather than super bold. Plus, there are seven shades available depending on whether you prefer a tinted or clear version. I've repurchased it for years, and don't plan on stopping anytime soon.

2. Vieve Modern Brow Gel

This is one of my favourite beauty launches of the entire year, and that's saying a lot. This brow gel is incredible at delivering a naturally sculpted finish; it dries down completely clear, and it lasts all day. In fact, one night I fell asleep with my makeup on (not recommended), and I woke up to my brows still perfectly in place. It won't add any major lift or fluffiness, but it will make your natural brows look so polished.

3. Rare Beauty Brow Harmony Flexible Lifting Gel

If you want a brow gel that delivers lift, shape and a tint to your brows, then look no further. Similar to Glossier's Boy Brow, this product has a teeny, tiny brush that coats every single hair. I've found it hard in the past to find a tinted brow gel that still delivers a natural-looking finish, but thanks to the lightweight formula, this does exactly that.

4. Refy Brow Sculpt

Refy's brow gel has been advertised as a statement gel that delivers a laminated brow look at home. However, I actually think this product is incredibly versatile. Yes, you can build it up to create a super statement finish, but just one coat creates a more natural, lifted look that stays in place for hours. I'd definitely recommend starting with a small amount and seeing how you get on, but if you like a naturally laminated look, I don't think you can go wrong with this.

5. Merit Brow 1980

If soft, fluffy brows are your goal, you need to know about this Merit brow gel. Delivering just the right amount of volume, it gives brows that effortlessly cool finish whilst looking as if you've barely touched them. It's not as good at holding them in place as others in this roundup, but I personally love the flexibility that it gives.

6. Dior Diorshow On Set Brow

Last but not least, this beauty from Dior. Adding subtle volume and a natural-looking tint to the brows, it's a product I find myself reaching for almost daily. It's just one of those things that you can swipe on and go, knowing your brows are in the very best hands. Plus, it feels super lightweight but delivers impressive hold.
