The most recent cool dresser to endorse the trend is actor Jude Mack.

While stepping out in NYC recently, Mack was spotted in a black collarless blazer that hit just above the waistline of their blue jeans. They added a pair of open-toe heeled sandals and round-frame black sunglasses. The look comes across as very '90s model-off-duty, especially with the minimalist collarless blazer.
