URGENT!! Chickens hatching under broody hen- do I do anything??

Hello everyone! This isn’t my first time hatching chicks but it’s our first time a broody hen has done it- she started laying on a few eggs before the mains ones and one early egg hatched a couple days ago in the night and didn’t make it. Idk what went wrong, I don’t know if the membrain dried or the night was too cold (it was at the edge and could have been more exposed) but now these are hatching and I’m worried about what I need to do. Should I spritz them with water or leave them to it??? Please help! I can’t find a straight answer 😭
