The Photography Technique that Landscape and Portrait Photographers Love
Several years ago, I had my original Sony a7 converted to full-spectrum infrared by the folks over at Kolari Vision. What it allowed me to do is something that genuinely challenges and stimulates my mind in a way that otherwise never happens. Just by using certain filters, I can dramatically change the look that the camera produces. But one of my favorites involves making the images look like Kodak Aerochrome. This article serves as encouragement to you as a photographer to keep your old camera gear alive and to find ways to make it work for you in different situations.
