One more plastic thing I replaced

I recently switched from a polyester sleep mask to a silk one and honestly, I wish I'd done it sooner.

The polyester one would get warm and slightly sweaty after a few hours. Silk feels much nicer against the skin, and there's also something nice about using a natural material for something you wear all night.

I specifically looked for OEKO-TEX certified silk, since the Standard 100 certification tests textiles for harmful substances.

It's such a small change, but if you're trying to reduce synthetic materials in your everyday life, a silk sleep mask is actually a pretty easy swap.
