Best curvy work pants from ethical brands

im trying to find curvy work pants that feel office appropriate and come from brands with good/lasting materials. Im looking at Universal Standard, Eileen Fisher and a few smaller ethical brands with extended sizing. waist fit and hips matters most (why cant the pants from sisterhood of the traveling pants be real??? they to fit everyyywhere) plus fabric that holds up and a return policy that isnt hell. which brands have worked well for you?
