Help in describing this kind of dress?

Help in describing this kind of dress?

I have a friend who went thrifting recently at a place that was going out of business, and did a "$10 to stuff a bag" promo. She saw this, thought of me, threw it in, and gave it to me.

I wore it to church today and my mother raved that this is the BEST looking peice in my closet by a mile and how I looked absolutely incredible and like it was made for me and how she doesn't normally like ruching, but this was MY SILHOUETTE, and how can we find the tag to see what the maker is to get you more like this? For five minutes straight, I swear lmao, while looping others into the conversation too to affirm her opinion, including the friend who got it for me in the first place! 🤣

But not only my mom, right after church I popped by the grocery store for 20 minutes and got stopped by 3 or 4 people while there to let me know how beautiful I looked in my dress

So, needless to say I don't ever want to take it off and need more dresses like this. I have NO IDEA how I would describe this particular kind of top with the way it ruched vertically and horizontally. I think the mesh of the dress is contributing to how it lays on my body and makes it look too, so I think the fabric is important as well I guess? Idk, I've never had such a positive reaction from a dress a friend thrifted for me for pennies on the dollar, just trying to ride this high by trying to find more like it! 🤣

Any and all help would be so appreciated!! 🥰
