Anyone have experience with this coop?

Curious if anyone has experience with this specific coop (it's PVC/metal). It would be for 3 hens. I would definitely take extra steps to predator proof it, and I would like to raise it off the ground and extend the run of of course. I really like the look of the coop and the size of the housing portion seems sufficient for my 3 hens, and it's on sale. However, I know the prefab coops can be hit or miss...
