How to prevent users from breaking formulas and best practices for cloud deployment?

I've been working on a Sales Dashboard in Excel (tracking multiple KPIs and data entries). It works well for my needs, but as I’m planning to share it with other users, I’m getting worried about data integrity.

Here is a quick look at the current setup.

I have two main concerns and would love to get some advice from the community:

• Protection: What are your best strategies to prevent users from accidentally (or intentionally) overwriting formulas while still allowing them to input their sales data? (I've been looking into sheet protection, but I'm curious if there's a more "robust" way to handle this).
• Cloud/Sharing: Since I want this to be accessible and collaborative, should I stick with Excel in the cloud (OneDrive/SharePoint), or is it better to transition this into a dedicated web app/BI tool?
