How to make garments less itchy?

Heya!

I recently bought this "Aztec Jacquard Jacket" from Joe browns. It fits great and I love the colour,but the inside of the arms are itch central. It feels like I have a load of Brillo pads scraping against my arms.

I'm assuming you're supposed to wear long sleeved tops with it and I can do that, but I'd still like to wear short/no sleeved tops with this jacket too.

It's labelled as a mens jacket but it was too pretty to pass up.

My question is- what do I do to lessen the itching? CAN I do anything for this, or is it just wear long sleeved tops?
