Is this a Roo?

For context, we got 3 sexed guaranteed chics 15 weeks ago from a high dollar farm with their own unique genetics that lay color specific eggs

We got one chic each of 3 different species, all born at the same time.

This black one has gotten twice the size of the others and the feet are way larger. Also the crown thingy is much more prominent. I didn't think much of it until I heard this beefy lady(?) Start crowing like crazy this morning. Never done that before.
