Nearly all my hens are broody

the last month or so all my chickens just becane broody one after the other, now both my white cochin bantams, barry (cream legbar), lexi (silkie bantam x cochin bantam mix), both my silkie bantams, Gitte (50% cochin bantam x wyandotte mix 50% unkown), and Kristin (lomann, silverude gray, and cochin bantam mix) are broody, what do i do, do i just wait?, i have 16 hens and one rooster including the broody ones
