Can anyone help ID this breed?

Found in the USVI where there are lots and lots of “wild” chickens. All the wild chickens have the same leggy/scrawny look and are much bigger when full grown. I’ve never seen one look anything like this. I didn’t get a picture, but I checked out her wings and they appear to be fully developed, no baby fuzz. She let me walk right up to her and pick her up without much fuss. No chickens were harmed and I promise I washed my hands thoroughly lol. I put her back and left out some water since it’s scorching out today.
