How to Make Lighting a Photograph Simple

For several years, I was taught to only photograph images using natural light. But then I took the time and investment into myself to learn how to use flash and strobe. It became even more awesome when I took it off the camera. Yet at the same time, I didn't always like making things more complicated. So here's what I've learned.
