I have bad taste

I was in survival mode for most of my life.

Ifor many reason I never developed a sense of fashion. I have been trying to lately and nobody likes my clothes.

Friends and family will see something new I’m wearing and make a face ( like blink and you miss it, but it’s happened enough times that I’m not mistake this.)even strangers in the street will make faces at me (again blink and you miss it) on occasion at my outfit.

nobody ever compliments my clothes and if they make comments they say “ I’d like to take you shopping some time” if I say “nobody likes my clothe, nobody says“I do. that’s ridiculous” they listen politety abiut why I feel nobody likes my clothing choices and they might say one of the following things….

1. everyone has their own style. (I dont.)
2. they will laugh.

3 they will tell me who cares what other people think.

1. they will name other people who also hate my clothes.

2. I haven’t seen anything too horrendous but you do need some help with colours.

I don’t know what to do.

I bought this really expensive skirt that I thought is gorgeous. I have received no compliments on it, and when people see it they have made faces.

its Kind if soul crushing. is this skirt that bad?
