help! massive joggers, how do i fix it?

My friend made me try on her iets frans harri joggers that were an XS (they are notorious for being baggy as they are dancer sweatpants) and they were the perfect size and amount of baggies so ordered my own pair from vinted, however, when i got them despite being the same size and colour as my friends they are like insanely baggier and bigger, is it possible to shrink them? how do i fix it? how can i shrink them?

if its any help im 5’5 ish and my friend is a lot shorter than me and way skinnier but they still fit her so perfectly whereas mine are somehow way bigger despite being the same size its so frustrating
