oceanography career in the Netherlands

Hey everyone, i have a very generic question and any leads/experiences/opinions are welcome. Im a physicist with a master in oceanography and I have some experience in modelling for copernicus. Im thinking of relocating to the Netherlands because my partner is looking for phd’s there (so far Amsterdam and Delft but still looking). I was wondering how easy would it be for me to find a decent job there, in an oceanographic center or a company or academia. Thanks in advance ⭐
