First time wedding guest with 2 weddings to attend. How can I dress this dress up and down?

I have two weddings to attend, one in Ohio on October 3rd and one in New Jersey on November 6th. I want to wear this dress for both and need help with some general styling ideas, especially considering the difference in weather and dress codes!

The October wedding is more casual. Their website says:

“We’re keeping things relaxed, nothing formal. The wedding is the beginning of fall, so please dress for variable weather. Our colors are Martini Green, Sea Glass, Terracotta, and Dark Mauve, feel free to wear something that fits the palette, but comfort is most important. Come ready to celebrate and dance!”

The November wedding's website says:

“Our wedding is black-tie optional/formal. Please wear your best tuxedo, dark suit or evening gown or wear a suit of any color, a nice dress or a pantsuit. Wear what makes you feel your best. The venue is right on the water, so consider a layer for cooler evening breezes.”

Would I be better off keeping it pretty basic with minimal accessories for the first wedding and dressing it up more for the second? Or would I be okay wearing it pretty much as-is for both?

I’ve never actually been to a wedding as an adult so I have no idea what I’m doing and don’t want to get it wrong. Any ideas for shoes, layers, jewelry, etc. would be appreciated!
