Coyote attack wound help

Hi here, my chicken got bitten by a coyote two weeks ago. My dogs scared it off quickly. She was limping a bit for two days but is back to normal. Today however I noticed the wound on her back doesn’t seem to be healing well. I also noticed her pecking at it. This is my first flock so I am new to this, any advice greatly appreciated!
