Sweater/cardigan suggestions

I am looking for suggestions and links to your favorite fall/winter sweaters and cardigans! I would love some long lasting wool or cotton pieces. When it comes to cardigans I would prefer a comfortable slouchy sort of oversized look that can be paired with leggings, denim, etc.
I like the same idea for sweaters but also like the idea of nice layering pieces under a coat. Even your favorite brand for these types of items would be great for me so I can do some research. :)
